What is Art in Action?

The Woodmark Hotel is a long-standing supporter of the Kirkland arts community. Guests can explore featured artists throughout Guest Room corridors, public spaces and throughout our waterfront restaurants bin on the lake and Beach Café.

Art in Action showcases several pieces of original works done by a number of local artists. When a guest finds a piece they love, they can achieve instant art gratification by purchasing the piece directly through Ryan James Fine Arts. While exploring art throughout the hotel, find additional bios about the artist that accompanies each work. The Woodmark’s permanent collection of art will not be available for purchase.

With Art in Action at the Woodmark Hotel, our ongoing commitment is to enhance the guests experience and support our local arts community. Discover something for everyone and every occasion that includes sculptures, two-dimensional paintings, and other mediums that highlight the incredible talents of our local artists.  As the only Kirkland waterfront hotel, our partnership with Ryan James Fine Arts provides gifted local artists an opportunity to reach the broader community.
