Chef de Cuisine - bin on the lake
Wage Rate – D.O.E.
Strong knowledge of food and wine with particular emphasis on the areas of food preparation, presentation, and wine pairing. Experience supervising a professional kitchen with responsibility for meeting established quality and quantity standards, production, and inventory management. Minimum five years work experience in culinary positions in a variety of restaurant settings, including a minimum of two years of kitchen management. The ability to model “assertive hospitality” to internal and external customers. Accurate keyboarding skills; familiar with MS Word, Office Outlook, and Excel. A current “Food Handlers” card. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a passion for cuisine.
