Your appointment is for the actual start time of your spa service. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to relax and unwind. Valet parking is available.
This is your Kirkland spa experience. Our first consideration is your personal well being and relaxation.
For your comfort, we supply robes and slippers for use during your spa visit. We provide a locker or locked garment bag to store your personal belongings. Please remove all jewelry prior to any treatment. We recommend leaving valuables at home. The Spa at the Woodmark is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We appreciate your cooperation in leaving young children at home and thank you in advance for turning off all cell phones, mobile devices and pagers.
Additional tips to enjoy your spa experience to the fullest:
* Wear loose fitting clothing to all pedicure services.
* Bring a pair of flip flops or open toed sandals to wear home after your pedicure service.
* Undergarments are required for leg and bikini services. For your convenience, we supply disposable undergarments.
The minimum age for treatment is 18 years with identification. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Please inform our Spa Coordinator of any special medical or physical needs, conditions or considerations. Certain medical conditions require you to obtain a Physician's written authorization before treatment and services can be provided. For your protection, we cannot perform waxing services on individuals taking Accutane, Retin-A, or antibiotics due to the sensitivity these prescriptions cause the skin. Please allow 24 hours after waxing services before sunbathing, using a tanning bed, or swimming. Hair must be at least 1/8 of an inch in length or three to four weeks growth for waxing services.
Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Twenty-four hour notice is required for canceling, changing or rescheduling an appointment. We require at least 72 hours advance notice for changes or cancellations to an appointment held by multiple guests.
Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.
We understand purchase decisions change. We will gladly accept product merchandise for return or exchange accompanied by receipt of purchase within 90 days. Item must be unused and unopened. All merchandise including retail and jewelry are final sale. We do not accept returns for any used items. Gift Cards are non-refundable. The Spa at Woodmark is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen gift cards.
Our prices do not include gratuities. The staff may accept gratuities solely at your discretion.
