Smoked Chile Humus – vegetable crudite, pita (VEG)
Simple Salad – mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, sheep’s milk feta, balsamic vinaigrette
Fire Dusted Calamari- tamarind aioli
Muffuletta- kurobutta ham, sopressata, fontina, house made giardinera
Seafood Mac n Cheese – local salmon, shrimp, fresh rotini pasta, tillamook white cheddar 7 Gruyere cheese, roasted garlic, apple wood bacon, herbs
Kalbi Short Rib Tacos – Napa cabbage, pickled pear, sambal chile crema, black radish slaw
The Vegetarian – fingerling potatoes, sweet onions, mama lil’s chiles, snap peas, grilled broccolini, smoked chile hummus, balsamic Portobello, smoked blackberry BBQ sauce. (V/GF)
