Woodmark Hotel

At the Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa the safety of our guest and team members is our highest priority.

Hotel operations carefully follow the mandated guidelines as outlined by the State of Washington and Department of Health including rigorous cleaning and sanitation of all spaces and mandatory daily health screening procedures for all staff.

During the pandemic, we have altered our standard amenities and services to add additional layers of protection for our guest and team members. To further encourage social distancing and reduce the risk of transition through contact , housekeeping services of occupied guest rooms have been temporarily suspended.

Please be reminded, that facial coverings when in public are required for the safety of yourself and others.

NBPI Filtration System

In the interest of the safety of all guests and visitors, The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa has invested in a Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) system to provide superior indoor air quality to all hotel public spaces, including Still Spa and Carillon Kitchen.

Installed directly onto the existing heat pumps, our NPBI units use an electronic charge to create a plasma field filled with a high concentration of ions, which attach themselves to sub-particles, pathogens, and gas molecules, making them filterable.

In addition, they kill pathogens and travel within the air stream in occupied spaces, effectively breaking down viruses, particles, mold, allergens, odors, and bacteria. These units in combination with upgraded MERV-13 filters already in place allow for approximately 97% filtration of airborne virus particulate.

As we move into the colder months and spend more time inside, It is our hope that this additional layer of air filtration – combined with our already heightened safety protocols – will provide you with additional comfort when spending time at our hotel.
