bin on the lake is a warm and welcoming restaurant and bar located on the shores of Lake Washington. With views of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains, bin offers Northwestern cuisine with Mediterranean influence in a lively, social atmosphere. We offer exceptional selection of over 40 wines by the glass – in 1, 3 and 6 ounce pours, a brilliant selection of bubbly by the glass and inspired signature cocktails.

Our dining room is versatile and able to accommodate groups of varying sizes while maintaining an intimate setting. The “seated dinner” menu selections are available for groups of 13 to 30.

“Semi-Private” Dining Room Space Guarantees

A final guest count is due twenty four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event. This
number shall be considered your guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If a
guaranteed count is not received twenty four (24) hours prior, the originally stated
number of guests will serve as your minimum count. bin will charge for the guaranteed
number of guests or the actual number of guests in attendance whichever is greater, at the
contracted rate, plus all miscellaneous charges such as beverage, tax and gratuity.

“Semi-Private” Dining Room Space

The “semi-private” dining space is divided into three sections. Rows of sheer curtains
can be closed to provide a group with the feeling of a “private” area. “Semi-private”
dining (curtains drawn) is available for groups of as few as 8 and as many as 30. Other
diners will be seated in this area of the restaurant. If your group would like to have the
entire “semi-private” space, guaranteed food and beverage minimums would have to be
met.

Guarantees & Cancellations

In order to secure a section of the dining room in bin for a “semi-private” event, we
require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. All cancellations are due twenty four
(24) hours prior to the scheduled event. Events canceled under the twenty four (24) hour
time frame are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

Service Fees

All contracted food, beverage, and miscellaneous charges are subject to a 20% service
charge as well as Washington State Sales Tax of 10%.

Parking

Valet Parking is available for your guests for $5 through the Carillon Point valet service. We
also offer 1 ½ hour parking validation when self-parking in the P2000 parking garage
underneath the Woodmark Hotel, on the Beach Café level.

Food and Beverage minimums for use of entire large party space:

During the Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Monday-Wednesday: Food and Beverage Minimum is $3,500.00.
Thursday-Saturday: Food and Beverage Minimum is $4,500.00

During the Off-Peak Season (Labor Day-Memorial Day)
Monday-Wednesday: Food and Beverage Minimum is $1,500.00.
Thursday-Saturday: Food and Beverage Minimum is $2,500.00

All Food and Beverage minimums are subject to a 20% service charge as well as Washington State Sales Tax of 10%.
