    October brings the largest celebration of dining out in Seattle! The Seattle Times and The Seattle Restaurant Cooperative have teamed up to celebrate Seattle’s culinary scene.   bin on the lake is among more than 160 restaurants that are participating in Seattle Restaurant Week and we’re excited for what Chef Dylan Giordan will dish up! From October 13-17th and 20th-24th, enjoy a 3 course meal for only $28 during the week.

    Small plates
    Local albacore tuna stuffed piquillo pepper, preserved lemon, black olive, salsa verde
    White bean minestrone with kale and parmesan
    Prosciutto, baby greens, fig vinaigrette, hazelnut crusted goat cheese  

    Large plates
    Cider brined pork chop, celery root, apple mostarda, escarole
    Roasted Idaho trout, artichoke stuffing, black truffle butter sauce, potato puree
    Wild mushroom risotto, sage, parmesan

    Dessert
    Duo of artisanal cheeses, house preserves, crackers
    Chocolate pave, pistachio toffee crumble
    Bacon doughnut holes, maple anglaise, bourbon caramel
